HB 282 (Reps. Shaw-R, Buckner-D, Bentley-D, Corbett-R, Sharper-D, and Wilkerson-D)

Amends O.C.G.A. § 47-3-89 to add to the list of schools for which a Georgia teacher may be extended up to ten years of creditable service toward retirement to teachers who have formerly taught in schools operated by the United States Department of Defense Education Activity, and educational departments operated by the Bureau of Prisons of the United States Department of Justice.
